Fee Schedule
Our rates start at $60 an hour billed in 15 minute increments. All one-time project agreements require a 50% deposit at time of agreement (Amount to be determined after
initial consultation). Remaining fees are due upon completion, final approval and delivery of complete project. Rush Fee + 20% of total project cost will occur for all projects
which require less than 24 hour turnaround.

Retainer Plans
Retainer plans are for on-going long-term partnerships at a three month minimum. Retainer fees are due at the time the retainer agreement is signed. After the initial
payment is made, retainer fees are billed on the 1st of the month and due on or before the 5th of the same month.
All hours over your retainer agreement for the month will be billed at the going hourly rate documented in your signed agreement. These hours will be included in your monthly invoice and explained on
the time sheet.
If applicable: All materials for your project will be billed to you on the 1st of each month included in your monthly invoice.

Additional Charges
Additional charges will be incurred for any materials (i.e. postage, paper, envelopes, labels, etc.) used to complete the project. These charges will be assessed on a
case-by-case basis depending on the type, quality and quantity of materials used.

Payment
Acceptable forms of payment include business checks, cashier’s checks, money orders made payable to BostonReid & Associates. We also accept
Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Amex account debit through the online PayPal system (Please include a 3% mark-up fee for using a credit card). A $25.00 service fee will be charged for
any returned checks. A 2.0% monthly service fee will be charged for all outstanding invoices over 5 days outstanding.
If an account is placed in collections, the client agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees associated with collection services. BostonReid & Associates reserves the
right to immediately terminate services for delinquent accounts.
