Fee Schedule
Our rates start at $35/hourly billed in 1 minute increments. All one-time project agreements require a 50% deposit at time of agreement. Remaining fees are due upon
completion, final approval and delivery of complete project. Rush Fee + 20% - All projects which require less than 24 hour turnaround.

Retainer Plans
Retainer plans are for on-going long-term partnerships. We offer discounted rates for clients who retain our services for a minimum of 20 hours per month. Retainer fees are
due at the time the retainer agreement is signed. After the initial payment is made, retainer fees are billed on the 15th of the month and due on or before the 1st of the
following month.
* All hours over your retainer agreement for the month will be billed at your discounted rate, not to exceed the period of your retainer.
* Unused retainer is non-refundable.
* All materials for your project will be billed to you on the 1st of each month and are due and payable upon receipt.

- Gold: Retainer services for 60 hours per month receive a 20% discount on hourly rate.*
- Silver: Retainer service for 40 hours per month receive a 15% discount on hourly rate.*
- Bronze: Retainer service for 20 hours per month receive a 10% discount on hourly rate.*

Our hourly rates start at $35 per hour. A time sheet is provided with each hourly billing statement. Retainer plans will receive a monthly time sheet at the end of each month.
For those clients who choose not to continue their retainer plans, you will receive a time sheet at the end of your retainer agreement or at the time of termination.

Additional Charges
Additional charges will be incurred for any materials (i.e. postage, paper, envelopes, labels, etc.) used to complete the project. These charges will be assessed on a
case-by-case basis depending on the type, quality and quantity of material used.

Payment
Acceptable forms of payment include business checks, cashier’s checks, money orders and Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Amex account debit through the free online PayPal
system. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for any returned checks. A 2.0% monthly service fee will be charged for all outstanding invoices over 10 days outstanding. If an
account is placed in collections, the client agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees associated with collection services. BostonReid & Associates reserves the right
to immediately terminate services for delinquent accounts.
